My story.
My dream.
I began my career as a university instructor and learner experience researcher, designing courses for medical students to help them communicate effectively and appropriately with patients from diverse language and cultural backgrounds. Over the years, I have presented my research internationally and authored over 20 publications, including textbooks and a monograph. I have achieved a Google Scholar h-index of 6, comparable to the impact of postdoctoral researchers.
After completing my studies and research at the UQ (Australia), CWRU School of Medicine (North America), MSU and London Met (Europe), I transitioned into corporate learning. I worked in EdTech and BioTech companies on projects such as onboarding new hires at drug manufacturing facilities, creating gamified social learning experiences for thousands of Coursera learners taking Google Professional Certificates, organizing train-the-trainer and professional development events, managing compliance training, and building a peer learning platform from scratch at a Silicon Valley startup.
Currently, I am actively seeking new opportunities and interesting projects.
My dream is to create an exceptional learning experience that not only proves its effectiveness through large-scale research but also empowers countless learners to achieve their dreams.
